2024 MYGS MOTOWN MAYHEM FASTPITCH TRAVEL TEAM INFORMATION

Mosinee Youth Girls Softball is currently accepting registrations for our 2024 travel teams.  Registration deadline is August 26th at 11:59pm.   MYGS will have travel teams at the following levels in 2024:  8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U. 

Player fees for our 2024 travel teams will be  $100.00.  Fees will not be refunded after skill evaluations with the exception of your daughter not being placed on a team or if we do not have enough girls to create a team in her age level. 

This payment is nonrefundable after players are placed on a team for the 2024 travel season.  

Players are required to play in our MYGS City league which runs from April thru June 2024.  Registration for City league will be available in January 2024. 

Player fees are used for: 2024 player tournament fees, customized player jersey, 1 pair of socks and skill evaluation fees.   Each team will play in 3 to 5 weekend tournaments from May thru early August.   We are anticipating having a tournament schedule for each team by the end of January. 

Parents may purchase an additional player jersey for an additional $50.  This must be requested before October 1st. Please notify coach.

Travel parents are also required to work 1 shift during one of the two Motown Throwdown tournament weekends in addition to their league volunteer requirement.  There is no volunteer buyout for the Motown Throwdown volunteer requirement.  

MYGS Board does it best to make teams as competitive as they can be.

Players at the 10U(if needed), 12U(if needed), and 14U(if needed) will be required to participate in a skills evaluation on Sunday, August 27th.  More information will be provided in an email that will be sent out to each registered player. 

Girls must play in our 2024 MYGS City League to play on a 2024 Motown Mayhem team. City league registration will be held in January.  

Fastpitch Travel Team 2024 Age Groups:

• 8U     Player must be 8 or under as of January 1st, 2024
• 10U   Player must be 10 or under as of January 1st, 2024
• 12U   Player must be 12 or under as of January 1st, 2024
• 14U   Player must be 14 or under as of January 1st, 2024

FACILITY INFORMATION
Mosinee Softball Facility was created to give 8u - 18u Girls Fastpitch Players a facility to train and
practice Fastpitch Softball. We have worked hard to design, build, and introduce a facility specifically
setup for the success of girls fastpitch softball. We are currently accepting members and would
like to invite everyone in our softball community to come and see what we have to offer.  
 

FACILITY LOCATION
We are located on the corner of Old Hwy 51 and State Highway 153. We are across the road from the
new O’Reilly Auto Store in Mosinee in the Southwest Corner of the building. Our main entrance faces
the West and currently has a small sign on the door. We ask everyone to park on the West Side of the
building.

MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Our membership, $300 fee, runs from August 1st 2023 thru December 1st, 2024 for unlimited 24/7/365 access.   

 We are still accepting new members, so please contact a board member today, or message us through our Facebook page.   No need to fight for gym space anymore, with a membership you get access anytime! Once you’ve become a member you will receive a passcode for entrance into the facility you may use anytime. Attached is a membership form to join, just fill it out and meet a board member at the facility and get a tour to become a member!
